Reso Terms of Service

Welcome to Reso (the "App", "we", "us", or "our"). Reso is developed and operated by Reso Developer Team and made available on the Apple App Store.

By accessing or using Reso, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Service Description

Reso is an AI-powered social application that provides:

- AI-guided multi-round conversations to understand user preferences and create group chats with no fewer than three (3) participants

- User-generated content created with the assistance of artificial intelligence, including AI-generated video content ("AIGC")

- Real-time communication features, including multi-user and one-to-one video and voice interactions

- Community safety features such as reporting and blocking

Reso is not a dating service and does not guarantee matches, social outcomes, or user compatibility.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Reso

You represent that the information you provide is truthful and accurate

You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations

- Post or share content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, misleading, or infringes the rights of others

- Use bots, scripts, automated systems, or other non-human means to access or use the App

- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to reverse engineer Reso, its AI systems, or related services

4. User Interactions & Risk Disclaimer

You acknowledge and agree that:

- Interactions with other users occur at your own discretion and risk

- Reso does not verify or guarantee the behavior, identity, or intentions of other users

- You should not share sensitive personal, financial, or security-related information with other users

- Reso does not organize, promote, or take responsibility for any offline meetings between users

5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

- AI-generated or AI-assisted content is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only

- Such content does not constitute professional advice, guarantees, or endorsements

- AI-generated content does not represent the views or positions of Reso

- You are solely responsible for how you use or rely on AI-generated content

6. Account Management and Enforcement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

- Remove or restrict content that violates these Terms

- Limit, suspend, or terminate user accounts without prior notice

- Prevent users with serious or repeated violations from re-registering

7. Feedback License

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas to Reso, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use such feedback for product improvement and AI optimization without compensation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Reso is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy of content, or user outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or interactions with other users.

10. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms from time to time

Continued use of Reso after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the developer's primary place of operation
