AI Feature Usage Guidelines

Welcome to our Reso-APP (the "App"). These AI Feature Usage Guidelines (the "Guidelines") explain how our artificial intelligence features work and outline the rules and responsibilities associated with using AI-powered functionality.

These Guidelines apply to all users who access or use any AI-related features within the App and form an integral part of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully before using the AI features.

By registering an account, accessing, or using any AI feature, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Guidelines.

1. Nature of AI-Generated Content

The App includes features that generate content using artificial intelligence ("AI-generated content"). Such content may include, but is not limited to, text, images, audio, video, or interactive responses.

AI-generated content:

- Does not represent the views, opinions, or guarantees of the App or its operators

AI-generated content is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.

2. No Professional Advice

AI-generated content is not intended to provide and must not be relied upon as medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

You should always seek advice from qualified professionals for matters involving health, mental well-being, legal rights, or financial decisions. Use of AI-generated content is at your own discretion and risk.

3. User-Provided Content and Rights

Some AI features may require you to upload, submit, or input content, such as text, images, videos, or audio ("User Content").

By providing User Content, you represent and warrant that:

- You own the content or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and submit it

- The content does not infringe or violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights

- The content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Guidelines

You remain solely responsible for all User Content you submit.

4. Content Restrictions and Safety Measures

We take user safety seriously and apply technical, automated, and moderation measures to reduce the risk of generating or distributing prohibited content.

AI-generated content and User Content must not include, promote, or attempt to generate any of the following:

- Sexual or explicit content

- Child-related or minor sexual content

- Violence, graphic, or gory content

- Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content

- Politically sensitive or extremist content

- Illegal activities or instructions for unlawful behavior

- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading content

While we implement safeguards and restrictions, no system is perfect, and prohibited content may occasionally occur.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

- Use AI features responsibly and lawfully

- Not attempt to bypass, reverse engineer, or manipulate AI safeguards or content restrictions

- Not use AI-generated content in a manner that could cause harm to individuals, minors, or the public

You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content and any consequences arising from such use.

6. Moderation, Reporting, and Enforcement

We may automatically or manually review AI-generated content and User Content to enforce these Guidelines.

If you encounter content that you believe violates these Guidelines, you may report it using the in-app reporting tools. We reserve the right to:

- Remove or restrict access to content

- Suspend or terminate accounts

- Take other actions deemed necessary to comply with legal obligations or protect users

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

- We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or appropriateness of AI-generated content

- We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated content or misuse of AI features

Your use of AI features is at your own risk.

8. Updates to These Guidelines

We may update these AI Feature Usage Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in technology, legal requirements, or product features. Updated versions will be made available within the App or on our website.

Continued use of AI features after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Guidelines.
